My Pharmacy Privacy Policy

My Pharmacy ("the app," "we," "us") is a free mobile app, developed by Rachid Ait Baih, that helps you find the on-duty (guard) pharmacy in Imintanout. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

No account needed. You don't need to create an account or give us your name, email, or phone number to use My Pharmacy.

Usage and device information. When you use the app, some technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

• Your device's IP address
• The screens of the app you visit, the date and time of your visit, and how long you spend on them
• The total time spent in the app
• Your device's operating system

Advertising data. The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob collects and shares your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID, categorized as "Device or other IDs") and related technical data to serve and measure ads.

Location. The app does not collect the precise location of your device.

Artificial intelligence. The app does not use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

How We Use Information

Information collected by the app is used to keep it working properly, to understand how it's used so we can improve it, and to display ads that keep the app free. Only aggregated, anonymized data is shared with external services to help improve the app.

Third-Party Services We Use

• Google AdMob — serves in-app ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and how AdMob uses data.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information only:

• when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who work on our behalf, have no independent use of the information, and have agreed to follow the rules in this policy.

Your Choices

You can stop all collection of information by the app at any time by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process on your device or through Google Play.

Data Retention and Deletion

Information is kept for as long as you use the app and for a reasonable time afterward. To request deletion of any data associated with your use of the app, contact us using the email below — we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

My Pharmacy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take the necessary steps to delete it. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet use. In some countries, you must be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of your personal information (or have a parent or guardian consent on your behalf).

Security

We take reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information the app processes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
